Hands Down The Best!
Not what I would expect anything labeled as liver to taste like, this product is really good! It is creamy in texture and definitely moist all the way through. At one time this item was unavailable so we ordered the next best rated cod liver. Wasn’t even in the same ballpark as iCan Cod Liver. I eat a can each morning with a light dash of sea salt and a splash of Cholula original, sometimes straight out of the can, sometimes on a plate with two over-soft eggs on top. I only drain the can about 3/4ths of the way because the oil is very palatable and adds to the nutritional value.

Buy it!! You will LOVE it
Incredible flavor and texture! Also, the minerals are incredible!!! Hubby wouldnt take the cod liver oil capsules, (although they were pure from Norway) but I got him to love this!! Sooooooo delicious, just made sourdough toasts and we nailed the whole can. I want to eat it everyday!. Sharing with our son and he is smart about cod liver oil, makes his body feel amazing.

Very smooth and tasty, love the flavor! Only four stars as the package arrived damaged and out of the 12 cans ordered, one was missing.

Deliciously surprised!
I was really nervous, having experienced the smell and taste of cod liver capsules, assuming the actual liver would be the same or worse, so it took me some time to “prepare” myself to open my first can.Oh my! They are nothing like the capsules. These are delicious and filling and can be paired with a lot, making it exciting to enjoy each time.They also provide nutrients that sardines lack and vice verse. I switch between these and sardines about three times a week. I’m satisfied with half a can in one meal.Some cans have more discoloration than others, but remember, these are liver, not fresh fish, so discoloration is normal. Don't throw it out. Send it to me, haha!My favorite way to eat them is with pork rinds, living a keto lifestyle. In Joy!

eat at least one portion per week. plain or with lemon. really tasty and supplies the proper nutritional value i was looking for. i sometime use with an arugula salad, OMG
