Decent product for the price! Took some time to assemble, but everything works as expected. Sturdy design. Looking forward to using it for years to come.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very well priced quality workout bench. Comes in an organized package. Assembly is "Ikea" style, easy to follow the instructions. Tools included (if you have a 17 wrench even better, as faster assembly). Takes about 60-90 minutes to put together. All training functions work well, and make sense. Ideal for people up to 6ft tall. Though, except for the biceps curl it also works well for me ... 6.3ft. One very convenient aspect is that you can stand it upright by just taking out one bolt (no tools needed). Folds up easy and doesn't take much space. All in all this is a keeper and definitely a good thing to have at home for a quick workout. (Weights are not included though are readily available on Amazon or used on neighborhood sites.) With endless choices available online I am glad I chose the Miageek Olympic Work Bench!

Absolutely love this workout bench. You can do a variety of exercises with this bench. Great space saver. Also communicated with the seller with a couple of questions and they were AMAZING. They answered promptly and were very helpful. 10/10 recommend this product!
