It give me a good boost with my energy level the taste is a little off but the quality is good it works really fast it’s so effective and the size for 1 tube is really good I would say it’s worth the money.

I have tried over 20 different gels but these are probably one of the worst tasting ones I’ve had. On the other hand, these are cheaper and still do the job.. all come packed nicely and no damaged gels etc. I would buy again for a cheap alternative to my usual gels

They give me the drive I need to keep energy at high level
