Yes this is a quick drying scar cream - it dries in around 60 seconds so clothing or make up can be used very quickly after application. It is also non-sticky so very customer friendly.

Will this work on 3 year old scars? And how long would it take?

The product works on old and new scars - it's effectiveness depends more on the symptoms the scar is presenting rather than the age of the scar. If the scar is red and/or raised and/or painful or uncomfortable then the improvements will be seen. The recommended guidance is for the product to be applied twice daily for 60-90 days or sometimes longer for larger or older scars.
