Damaged and not letting me return
Title says it all. This is paper packaging which had a hole in it on arrival with the powder pouring out of it. Won’t be using it as don’t know how long it’s sat there open / not sealed. Tried to return and just get a notification saying ‘item not eligible for return’ so basically just lost £16 for nothing.
