Great product but VAT issues
The pan is great, high quality. Unfortunately Amazon took 25% VAT payment but that and the VOEC number were not on the shipping invoice from SOTEL so Norwegian customs claimed another 25%. Both blamed each other but i eventually got a credit from Amazon

Lightweight and versatile
Bought this to replace WOL pan that I’ve had for 18 years because it was becoming too heavy to use.Ideal, same good non-stick properties and versatility but lightweight.

The Non stick coating is pitted already
I purchased this in November 2021. 6 months later and the non stick coating is pitted. It is supposed to have a life time guarantee ! I have only cleaned this using the recommended methods. I have not found a way to contact the supplier to complain or lodge a quality issue. I had a previous pan that lasted for about 10 years but seemed heavier and a higher quality. I think it is obsolete as it was not available when trying to replace. I am surprised as German made products are normally high quality. I would just like to be able to resolve this.

Lovely pans so easy to clean and use.
Lovely pans so easy to clean and use. This one was a present for my son and his wife. they love it. In articular the removable handle.A good quality pan!

Love this pan. It is a good heavy pan and nothing sticks to it at all.

Handle Dangerous
Had to return this as after a very few uses the handle became incredibly wobbly and dangerous. Amazon offered to refund but would not replace as it had become £10 more expensive since I bought it. So bad marks for Amazon and for Woll. Shame as its a great quality pan which works well on my aga but this one was faulty. I bought a smaller pan which I've used everyday and this did not suffer the same issue.
