The dual taps attached to this are not working only the hot one is. Cold is just twirling any sutions

Not sure I understand your question. Thios device doesn't have taps. There is a singular control at the top of the device under the white screw cap that can be used to adjust temperature which is regulated by controlling the mix of the and cold water.

Does this valve work with the differential pressure between mains cold and hot header tank?

This can handle 2 bar pressure difference between hot and cold. Generally speaking it should work but probably not very well. I'd suggest a pressure reducing valve on your cold supply.

You can get two types the one I have is 22mm so be careful

i bought two of these. they seem to be mixing Hot and Cold okay, but check valves are certainly not working on either of them. so i had to spend money on another 4 check valves to stop reverse flow. this makes the item highly overpriced.
