They are very light and offer support. Normally by the evening my feet are soPainful I feel like crying, I usually go to bed to try and ease the pain by taking pressure off my feet, I haven’t had to do this whilst I’ve worn these socks

I got the size recommended but after wearing them they loosened off very quickly. I did not notice any difference. The pain is still very much evident. Maybe the smaller size again would have given more support. On what I bought I would not recommend these socks.......I have wasted money yet again on another gimmick? Book was very informative but nothing I have not read already having had this condition for over a year!

Fast delivery, great fit, good price. So far I've worn them everyday as I'm a mda at a school, and my feet feel better, so hopefully it will continue to help.

Doesn't seem tight enough to provide arch support. Very poor in comparison to the CopperJoint compression one I bought at the same time. No such thing as a cheap fix. Wish I hadn't bought 2 pairs for the discount now! Haven't received the free ebook.
