Magic Sliders 4060 Series 4PK2-3/8 RND Slide Disc, Gray, 1

Magic Sliders are the best invention ever. I have been using for the last 20 years when they were known as Glisdomes. I have a really heavy leather sofa which I struggled to move. I put one of these on the bottom of the four wood feet and now it glides. They come in all shapes and sizes and I have used most of them. Shop around as I found Hultd to be the cheapest.

Have had these before and they always slide well under furniture. No marks on the hardwood floor

Sheepishly I have to admit that I bought cheaper sliders, TWICE. And now I am buying all the super sliders. Why? Because they work better on all surfaces. I wouldn't use them on finished wood, though as I think they might scratch. I am using them on my concrete pad and will use them on the carpet that is coming soon. The others simply did not give me the ability to slide heavy objects by myself - these do. I am glad amazon carries a good line up as I can not get them locally near me.

They work great for sliding furniture back and forth when vaccuming and keep the foot marks out of the carpet.

Took almost 3 weeks to arrive from China. Came exactly as ordered, 2 packs of 4 as I needed 6 for an adjustable bed that we need to move out from a wall to make the bed, slides easily for us, on carpet{ both in our late 80s] just needed an assist to lift the bed long enough to apply them, they have stick on surfaces so very easy to apply.

I wanted to use these to help slide an under the counter washing machine into place without damaging the floor. The adhesive was not strong enough to keep the slider in place. The washing machine, with its stabilizing base, is no doubt too heavy for this type of use. I did use the same sliders under the (lighter) dryer and these did work.
