Bad Audio +
This is the second and last Blu phone I will buy. The sound quality of the built in mic is awful, so I purchased a good quality headset with a mic. The receptacle where the headset connect is not well made, hence the head phone connector spring back up slightly and wiggles- causing static in the call and audio. The same thing happened with the previous Blu phone that I had (I was using a different headset). Wait! There's more, almost every person I call tells me I sound muffled, like I am under water or I sound like Donald Duck. I have not asked if I sound like Donald Duck under water yet. The phone is supposed to operate on 3G-it doesn’t on the T-Mobile network as advertised. Selecting 3G results in no networks available. So I am stuck with using 2G...can you say slooooow? The voicemail Icon is now mysteriously missing after an annoying Blu advertiser update, which are labeled falsely as system updates- bull! Callers leave messages, I hear the vm notice and access the phone app, but no vm Icon displays. Other phones actually have a vm setting, not this thing. Long battery life- Ha! I charge the phone at night make 3 short calls and the battery goes from 99% to 77%, in snap- crackle- pop fashion. What happened to the first phone you may ask, it bit the dust. It was not worth the hassle to send it back. I may knuckleball this one back at them, that may match the performance of this phone.

No WiFi calling confirmed
I am trying to set up this as a new phone but it won't accept input during at least 2 of the setup pages. First it won't accept input on the sim card section. Second it won't accept input when asking for "add phone" of the google setup. It just says "add phone" and nothing I do will make it do so. All I can do is back out and then it forgets everything I did prior. As far as support they have the same issue. I made an error while inputting my information on the support page and then it said the zip code was a necessary input so I input the zip but then it had no way to go forward, just like the phone.I've spent 8 hours trying to get this thing on the internet and have gotten exactly nowhere. It is weird because I downloaded an app somehow. I have not figured out anything. All available directions available are not for beginners. Nothing said in them seems to correspond with what I see on the display.I am totally new to smart phones and now I see why I did not want one. I had no choice in this case however. I hate icons. Give me good old English.Update. So I got a reply to my request for help but they want screen shots or photos. How can I send photos when it is the entire manual that is flawed and deficient? It keeps telling the user to push a certain button but never say how to get to the place where that button is located. This happens on every single thing in the manual. How can I send photos? It would take hundreds of photos.
