Update: fantastic customer service, they replied very quickly and sorted the issues. The product is of very good quality, my son is thrilled to have it and loves his present. Totally recommend!The tip of the pen was damaged and a little bit of ink was leaking, however the pen is of good quality otherwise, hoping this is just a factory mistake. Contacted the seller.
