Does this really smell strong of amaranth? I'm looking for a very strong smelling amaranth oil.

It doesn't have a strong odor to me. If strong is what you're looking for, this isn't it. However, the potency is on point.

No directions on how to take... how do i use this oil?

You can use as a face oil sparingly. Good for skin. Also can add one tsp.to salads as part of the dressing. You can ingest a bit daily for goos health.
