Your vehicle uses sealed beam headlights so replacement bulbs wouldn't be applicable as you have to replace the entire headlight assembly.

How long does this product usually last for everyone else ? I seen that two people say the last six months but I want to know more feedback

The important thing here is when u install it don’t touch the halogen bulb that way it’ll last longer...I have it installed in my Honda CR-Z and it’s been 4 years now

If your vehicle is equipped with Halogen then 9005/HB3 would fit your highbeams. Lowbeams are H11. If your vehicle has the optional HID Xenon lighting then your lowbeam would be D4S and highbeam would still be 9005/HB3.
