Amazon have refunded me.This is a really powerful blender with a 2000w motor which makes easy of various blending.I have used the blender to crush ice and it did it really well.It has various modes for blending, smoothie, ice crush etc. Just press the buttons and away you go.The blender has very good build quality and looks really nice on the worktop.Comes with a smaller cup which you can use as a bottle on the move.

Honestly, It's great. I am not sure if its the best on the market or anything but its met my expectations for the price. It's similar to some more expensive brands in that you have the ability to throw the pieces in, turn it on to juice and walk away.Excellent seller and excellent product! Love the blender, easy to use and very powerful. Is a little noisey but nothing too drastic. I use it every day for my frappe.Only downside it suddenly stopped working after 8 months, written to manufacturers waiting upon reply. Just want a replacement as honestly excellent blender well worth the money in comparison to more expensive alternatives

I purchased this in April and it is the best blender I ever bought. We use it daily. I dropped the portable beaker and it cracked, I was so upset however thankfully Amazchef replied to my email straight away, their customer service is very helpful and they were able to source the product and replace without any issues. Great service and amazing value for money. I highly recommend.
