Sturdy little bag, great for training retrieve
This foodbag is rather sturdily made, with a waterproof lining which can be easily wiped down / washed off after use. I used the bag to teach retrieve to my Parson Russell Terrier which he understood after just two short sessions, as he soon figured out he couldn't open the bag by himself even though he definitely tried. He also loves to play a little tug with it, and the bag is holding up really well so far. A superb product for its price!

Not same item as in the photos! Plastic instead of fabric
We were loaned one of these from our dog trainer and we wanted to get one ourselves. Ours arrived today, but it is PLASTIC and not fabric as shown in the photos. The loan one is also fabric and very durable, whereas the plastic version will easily rip, as already shown in another customer's feedback. In the photo the fabric one is on the left and matches the product photos on the listing; by contrast, the plastic one looks poorly made and cheap. This will be returned - suppliers should update product photo's if the item they are selling has changed otherwise it is misrepresentation.

Great used as a dummy filled with treats
This product, while simple, was a game changer for me in training my Labrador pup to retrieve dummy’s and game nicely to hand.By filling the bag up with treats and throwing it as a dummy you have a tasty scented dummy that the dog is driven to find, and will soon realise it has to return to you for you to open the bag for a treat! Before using this bag (which also makes a handy treat bag) as a dummy my lab would with run off to “kill” any bird toys, or simply drop a stick or ball, but for me this helped renforce the behaviour in her to deliver whatever she’s retrieved straight to my hand.

Not tough enough for even casual retrieval
The product has been used for two retrieval training sessions ofbkess than 5 minutes. The dog has certainly used her mouth to pick up the item, and considering the "high durability" claim on the product I wouldn't have expected this damage. I can't imagine what would have happened if there had been treats inside. There must be better options.

Strong and durable easy to wash & clean
Excellent; strong and durable. My lurcher can rip anything apart. However this food dummy has so far stayed intact. I like the canvas it is made from as it is thick and strong, and easy to wash and clean if need be. Recommended

Good for some dogs.
For dogs that don't chew anything, I'm sure its great. My dog does chew and there is a zip in the product. Didn't think it was suitable for my dog.

Plastic. NOT Canvas.
This is made from plastic with a plastic lining. If you put food or treats in it, the smell from the food or treats will not escape. Therfore useless for scent training. Received it today and within 5 minutes had asked for it to be returned. If you want something to carry food or treats, freezer bags are just as good and cheaper.

No good for staffies
Wasn't strong enough to withstand our staffie's attempts to get in. She ripped a huge hole in it in about 10 seconds.
