Fit and delivery
I couldn't obtain a replacement from our surgery, I couldn't really afford it but I bought and was very happy, it also had skins which cover the sensorSadlyy sensor stopped after 6 days, but I'm sure the company will either reimburse or refund payment

Worked for one day.
Sensor arrived quickly however it stopped working after one day. Every time I scanned it I would get an error message saying it couldn’t get a reading and try in 10 mins. This went on for 3 days until the morning when a new error message appeared saying the sensor is not working and needs to be replaced. I have included photos to show the error messages. This is ridiculous given how expensive these devices are and especially when they should have a 14 day life span. I have bought glucose monitors from other sellers and they have all worked well so this is not a user error problem. The device was faulty.

Stopped working after a few hours
Faulty product. This is the second time I’ve had a dodgy Libre 2, the other one came direct from the manufacturer. Great product but very fragile and getting one that works seems to be quite hit or miss. Sent it back and got a full refund. Suspect this is a manufacturer issue rather than anything to do with the vendor.

GOOD WHEN IT WORKS
Well, what can I say? Good when it works, but they frequently fall off.Last one i had, fell off within the first hour that it uses to set itself up.Also, there is a delay of 15 minutes, comparing this to taking a manual reading using the old fingerprint method. So if you take a reading from both at the same time, you need to give the sensor a 15 minute delay, to get a true reflection. Bit of a faff having to wait for replacements to come through the Royal mail postal system, especially over a weekend. If you contact them on a Friday, likely get them the next Wednesday.Would be better if they could have some sort of system where they can send an e-prescription or similar, so it is available immediately. Apparently the dexcom is more accurate. A few reviews on the fb page have said that it was not up to date as the dexcom records 24/7 and the Libra 2 had to be scanned to show the current reading. Since the last update, it now captures In real time.LAST SOFTWARE UPDATE.COMPLETE NIGHTMARE - Wouldn't work. At all. They ended up switching off their head office and helpline phone lines when inundated with hundreds or even thousands of irate customers whose system was broken, due to their software update. The only reason I managed to get sorted after a few days, was when I rang my diabetes centre a few times and the Libra rep was actually standing next to my diabetes nurse and I had a chat with her. Even she was flummoxed by it and we had to try about 5 or 6 things before we managed to crack the case. It was very scary going without, when the Libra 2 update broke the system for a week. All sorted now though.Thank God.

Great sensors and good adhesive patches
Best adhesive patches I have found and good sensors. Didn’t like the alcohol wipes as felt they were greasy, but rest was great.

Doesn’t work properly on iPhone
There is a known ongoing issues that this does not work properly with iPhone on the latest iOS. Repeated signal lose making the alarms useless.Abbott are aware of this issue but don’t warn you when trying to activate the device.
