BUY THIS TABLET!
The company responded to my original review. I was sent a new unit and found it to work as expected. I have purposely tried to make it fail and the tablet just keeps working! This company has professionally responded to my negative review. I must commend them for this action. I now give this a 5 star review based upon it's performance and value. My previous review "DO NOT BUY" follows:This tablet continues to shut down after just 15 minutes of use. It isn't a dead battery issue but an operating system problem. If I download a document over 3 pages it shuts down before I finish page 2. Opening two apps isn't possible.I expected much better performance !!!

Horrible tablet !
I know they say you get what you pay for but I don't care if a tablet costs $60 or $600 it should work properly as advertised this tablet is simply horrible it is supposed to have 2 GB of RAM and a quad-core processor well it sure doesn't feel like it this tablet is slow as hell and clunky as hell and laggy as hell and I have a very fast excellent Wi-Fi in my home all my other devices my phone Etc work perfectly and work lightning fast so it's not my Wi-Fi it's this crummy Dragon Touch tablet even trying to play Simple basic games on the Google Play Store is slow laggy and horrible also when you go to uninstall a game or a program the tablet goes Haywire it has some kind of glitch in it where it completely blocks out and shuts down when you go to try to uninstall a game and it does it every time it really sucks . The sound is ok the cameras are awful ! The build of the tablet is cheap made out of plastic will a plastic screen really cheap I'm sorry I could not recommend this tablet even at this price point it's horrible you will be really sorry if you buy this

Good tablet but
I was trying to find an affordable replacement for my very old Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Found this. Liked that it was using the newest or close to the most up to date Android system. It's light weight and good quality over all. Two features that earned this only 3 stars is the battery life... HORRENDOUS! I even have a highly rated battery saving app installed to help keep it going, to no avail. I have just TWO apps I like to run on this thing, Kindle and this thing called the Block Puzzle. Both seem to drain the battery life out of the device in no time. Part of the issue, I think, is that there is no internal shut off or hibernation for the apps that I guess continue to run in the background at all times. Not experienced this in any other Android device in all the years I've been using phones and tablets that run this OS. It's quite disconcerting to have the tablet drained by morning and have to plug it into the charger to get it up and going again. Really really bad. The other issue is the charging port. It's not fun with having to use the older mini USB port rather than the dual sided plugin support of the USB C and the port is black so there is no indication of where it's at so you have to have a light on, glasses too to see where to plug it in. Very poorly thought out and it would have been nice to have a port using the USB C connector. All in all I would not buy this again!

A little bit quirky, but a good solid budget Android tablet.
The Dragon Touch X10 is a good budget Android Tablet. Good screen size and form factor. Good display quality for the price, but don't expect OLED quality. It is great for movies and games on the go. The only blemish I have to report is that the display is plastic and not glass. It does not appear to have protective coating. It is a little sensitive to light scratches, if you are not careful. A screen protector is recommended. FYI, the manufacturer does have a protective film installed on the screen but there was some bubbles on the edge so I removed it. The tablet is designed to be used in landscape mode primarily. The buttons are positioned at the bottom right when used in righty portrait mode. This results in the volume buttons at reversed positions with the "decrease" press on top and "increase" press at bottom. Took hours of use to get used to. The manufacturer may be aware of this possible issue for some users and have added volume buttons on the Android screen to the left of the back key button and to the right of the app switch button. Once I've gotten used to these quirks, I am very satisfied with the tablet.

Does NOT work with the DJI Mavic Pro & GO 4 Android App - Otherwise GREAT Android tablet !!
EDITED on 11-14-2018Seller reached back to me and offered an amazing help on the issue. The tablet still don't work with my drone, but for the all the rest, it's definitely an awesome tablet for the price. Would definitely recommend, even just based on the awesome manufacturer help. It's nice to see a company that always stand behind their product for a change.----------------------------------------ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW----------------------------------------I am really disappointed by this tablet after I get high hopes that it had great basic specs (after doing some research on line), and I was convinced that because of those great specs for an entry game cheap tablet, that it will work with the DJI Go 4 app to allow me to control my Mavic Pro drone, and also being able to stream/mirror in real time the tablet video feed using the micro-HDMI port on this tablet. I was looking at an alternate solution of a good tablet with an HDMI output, without breaking my wallet and buying the recommended Crystalsky one designed by DJI.Unfortunately, as you can see on my attached pictures, all functions from the app and on the drone seemed to be working fine, except the live video feed from the drone. I was given instead a blank video display. So using this tablet with the Mavic pro is a NO GO sadly. Hopefully this review will be useful for those thinking of buying it for the same purpose.
