I was going on vacation and had medicine that needed to be kept cold. This was perfect. I flew from Colorado to Atlanta spent the night (kept the container in the hotel refrigerator) the next day flew to Barbados. When we checked into our room 2 days later the gel packs were still frozen. This was great for peace of mind. The gel packs are TSA approved. I had a syringe filled and had no problem through TSA or Customs. Just in case I did, I had a doctor's note, but never needed it as they never checked my bag. I did carry it on the plane with me. Would definitely recommend.

Worked great for our two week trip to Italy! A little bulkier than I anticipated but it worked perfectly. Remember to freeze it for 24 hours prior to departure to avoid issues airport security.

I love the color. I traveled out of USA and it kept my meds at the proper temperature and it was easy to carry in my handbag, smaller than a carryon.
