Easy set up, reliable and amazing quality
The reason I chose this one is that it’s the only handle lock with three ways to unlock: a pin pad, fingerprint, or physical key. The others on Amazon rely strictly on electronic fingerprint and/or pin pad, which can be problematic if the batteries die—you’re out of luck. But this one has a backup physical key and a power source to power up the lock, which I appreciate. Electronics can fail, but physical keys don’t. However, having an electronic pin pad and/or fingerprint option is very convenient.

Don't rely on fingerprint
Fingerprint worked about a week. Code only now; sometimes. I took out battery. Useless as a security device

Does the Job
The media could not be loaded. The installation itself was easy. The setup process though could have been explained better in the manual. Once I got past the setup process, it seems to be pretty reliable. It would have been nice to have more fingerprints added. There are a few occasions where the fingerprint isn't recognized but those failures are few. It isn't perfect but does receive 5 stars for being highly functional in keeping the closet secure.
