Bought this after weight loss surgery .. great way to track protein

Perfect size to fit in your purse and take with you and quite a surprising amount of space inside! Definitely worth the cost.

This food diary is so helpful. It has everything I want to record without a bunch of unnecessary stuff. It's very clean layout but with enough space to write what I need to. I feel like I could have designed it myself for my exact needs. Plus the price is super reasonable. Very pleased with this tracker/food diary.

The quality of this product is great. It has sufficient writing space, tracks the essentials for weight loss, was a great way to stay organized, and was easy to use. Overall a great product but I gave three stars because I could have done something very similar on my own with a blank notebook.
