Great vitamin e!! I have bought these for years and have always been very happy with them.

I've been using these tablets for a few weeks now and I'm very satisfied with the results. They are easy to swallow, have no bad aftertaste, and I’ve noticed a real difference in how I feel since I started taking them.

When available I buy the two pack for the value. I've stayed with this particular brand of vitamin E because they are easy to swallow and are available in 100 IU. I've been taking E for years to complement another supplement but I'm always mindful of the mg and IU of vitamins and supplements/wary of 'mega-doses'.
