I purchased this product primarily for access to Apple CarPlay. The installation process was straightforward, although the provided instructions could be clearer. Fortunately, they offer support via WhatsApp, which helped resolve all the issues I encountered.One issue was replacing the initial logo with a custom one. While this is possible, the process isn’t mentioned in the instructions. Another problem was the system not utilizing the car’s built-in microphone, resulting in poor call quality. They advised me to connect the system to the car via Bluetooth, which resolved the issue by enabling the use of the car’s microphone.Lastly, I experienced a few disconnections. The support team provided a firmware update to fix this, which requires a USB drive for installation.Would I buy it again? Yes, but I would consider purchasing it from a different platform since the price might be lower elsewhere.Does it work well? Yes, although it rarely disconnects and reconnects, particularly when your iPhone is in low power mode.

The media could not be loaded. Brought 6 months ago ish, was brilliant for the first month, then screen starts fully glitching and even shutting off entirely, seems to be related to heat, if the sun even thinks about coming out no car play for you, a lot of money and a long ish install for a white flashbang rave while driving, not impressed, no option for a refund and no contact with seller

Fitting was easy looks super cool,it’s a big screen so beware but looks so good,make sure you read the manual on how to set up the unit when installed,the manual is all gloss pictures and is easy to follow,will take a bit of time to get use to all the functions,so far so good the unit is very responsive and has a lovely screen

Great head unit but won't let me use car for phone always reconnects to head unit for calls and it's poor

Pro: big screen, nice respons time for the display, relatively easy to install, works with aftermarket camera .Con: for the sound quality its not the greatest.The aux cable to install you remove a lot of trim parts . And usb cables . Had a bit of trouble with the sound as not workin with BT but after a Cople of swearing it started to work .

Fitment is really bad, Does not have the right bracket and radio functions do not work as stated.Screen does NOT line up like it shows in the photos do not be mislead by the photos.Photos included.

Sound quality isn't great, maybe I need to get the right EQ settings. Audio is through AUX instead of direct on 1/2/3/4 series also uses its own mic instead of the cars onboard one.Apart from these gripes, screen does look nice, relatively easy to install, android auto works great wirelessly can use the cars knobs or touchscreen to navigate through the menus.
