Works really well and light enough that makes it easy to carry around different rooms. The light at the bottom helps so much in seeing dirt that would otherwise make it difficult to pick up. Definitely staying with this brand

I really needed a lightweight vacuum. This does the job for me. I had completely forgotten about dirt devil. So far I’ve used it about five times without having to recharge the battery. I have wood flooring, with an 8 x 10 area rug, and smaller rugs by my doors. It’s super lightweight. It’s great for me because I have arthritis and I can get the job done within 15 minutes. I love the light on it because I can see, the dust in the corners that I have missed with my other vacuum cleaner which was huge. It was very heavy and it had a plug so I had to continually unplug it from one plug to another. I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner. I love the fact that it is so versatile , you can use it as a handheld you can use it to vacuum around your ceiling. This is absolutely amazing. I have no issues with it whatsoever. The price is great as well.

OMG! I've had the same vacuum for 30 years and always touted how good it was made. Still do, but as I've gotten older, I slowed down using it, because it was a pain lugging it out and moving it to each room to plug in there - just a real headache. Then one day, I just couldn't do it anymore, started researching and chose this one. Wow! This is changing my life. For the first time ever, I actually enjoyed vacuuming. The light is so bright, I can see every dog hair and tiny particles on my wooden floor and watch as my floor gets clean. For a while, I kept waiting for the cord to come out of the socket, til I remembered there wasn't one. Hallelujah!!!. Love that the extras have a dock, emptying is so easy, it stands up when I have to stop for something, and the top comes off to do hand vacuuming. CONS: It seems top heavy when standing, like it could topple, so I'm still a little queasy about that one. Some of the push buttons are a little hard to release and it doesn't give enough time after charging to do the whole house, and I have a small house. I can forgive the cons, as long as this thing works for years to come and they work to improve the charging time. Life changer for me!

I fell for some the product reviews. The vacuum has extremely limited run time. Combined with low suction the vacuum takes forever to clean the floors. I had to make multiple passes over the same area and I still was not sure the vacuum cleaned the floor.I've purchased corded dirt devil vacuum. cleaners in the past and never had a problem. The vacuum is lightweight and easy to maneuver. It does fit under tables and chairs, but it doesn't pick up all of the dirt or pet hair.The battery life poor as well. The battery is built in to the unit, so there is no switching out one battery when the other is low.I'm planning on returning this model and looking for a more powerful model with anadditional battery.

Works well. Stands upright on its one. Has power booster setting. You can’t get replacement filters. Probably a few dollars more can get a better one. With filters you can buy

The vacuum is a super machine. Having two fur babies, I live in cat hair My Dirt Devil is a godsend, as the led lights show me where to go as it effectively sweeps up the hair on my hardwood and tile floors then it whoops up the dirt on the carpets just a easily as I hum along.I love the free standing design of the Dirt Devil and the ease of recharging it offers, plus I'd be remiss not to rave about the design of the dirt cup extraction cup.I shopped around and I'm glad I selected this one. I absolutely hate hair on the floor.

Wonderful for small jobs. Lightweight, flexible for tight spots like under kitchen counters where the crumbs and dog hair goes. It rolled the dog hair into a tidy ball in the trash collector! The real thing I liked was the ability to do the dining room where there are rugs and hardwood both to deal with at the same time. It quickly did all surfaces without getting rugs stuck in the vacuum! I have an Oreck and a Bissell. They cost lots more and do a lot more, but for the price…if you needs are smal or need something easier to deal with…it is hard to beat this dirt devil!

This was purchased for small cleanups, as opposed to vacuuming an entire house. It works fine for this purpose. The vacuum picks up well. The swivel head makes cleaning under/around furniture much easier. The LED lights are bright and helpfulFull battery charge takes over two hours.With a full battery, you might could do a small three bedroom house on a single charge.The brush attachment (combined with the corner tool) tends to not stay extended.
