I had one amazing night's sleep wearing this shield. However, after a couple of weeks it started to fall apart - the soft gum part came away from the harder plastic part. It's also hard to keep clean, the box you keep it in doesn't close properly, and I eventually started to get lots of mouth and tongue ulcers which have been very painful. It causes you to drool and can fall out in the night because one size does not fit all!It's completely over-priced!

Hands down the best anti snoring device I've ever used. I've tried many other anti snoring device with no luck until I've tried this and I stopped snoring from day 1. Quality is really good and feels very comfortable thanks to the adjusting capabilities. I had to start on the 0 setting to allow my jaw to get used to the device but I am progressively increasing the stage. Packaging felt premium and the instructions were super clear and helpful with nice animations. Easy to clean and carry around in the box provided. Definitely recommend and will buy again in the future for sure.

I have tried another type of guard I bought on Amazon, but found that they often slipped forward negating any benefit. These guards are seem solid, fit better for me, and give me a much better nights sleep. Very pleased and would recommend. I will try to remember to update to advise how long they last.Edit- rating dropped from 5* to 3*.After 3 weeks the bottom piece has disconnected rendering it useless. Perhaps it is a one off, I will find out as I had already bought another of these when they were on offer, so am trying that now. If that lasts a good while I will up the rating again.Edit dropping from 3* to 2*I have had another one of these break within a few weeks of use. Perhaps my bite is too strong, but the bottom soft part has teeth holes in it and has disconnected again, possibly due to the ingress of saliva.It is quite a shame as these are really very comfortable, but not affordable to replace them every few weeks. Hopefully they will address this issue in later version, I would definitely buy them again if they did.

I have previously used a non-adjustable type which helped a bit, but with this one my snoring has reduced so much that my wife is having a much better night's sleep. It's not perfect but it is a game changer and definately worth the money if you want a happier marriage with a better night's sleep for you both. I can even sleep on my back now too with only a little bit snoring which hasn't caused much of a problem. It is the ability to adjust the jaw forward that makes a huge difference.Minor faults are sometimes it comes loose in my mouth which can cause my jaw to drop back a bit, but this only happens sometimes when I sleep on my back. Another fault other reviews have mentioned is that it falls apart after a couple of weeks. This has not been my experience and I have been using this for a lot longer than that and it is still in one piece, although that could be because I keep it on one setting.This is definately worth a try, as for me it identified the cause of snoring as the jaw dropping back, and that by itself is very useful to know. Out of the various anti-snoring bits and pieces I've tried, this one has worked well enough for me and I can say has made a very positive impact overall.

I didn't even try sleep with this in. My hope was to use this as an anti-snore device but it held my mouth open in a really horrible way because it was so large, so I imagine I'd have been mouth breathing when using it and probably still snoring. Horrible, sorry.

I have tried a mouthpiece like this before and didnt think much of it.Ive had sleep apnoea for years now and never wear my mask because it is really annoying.Thought I would splash out 25 quid on this in the chance it might work. If not then lesson learnt, dont do it again.BUTafter one night I did feel more refreshed this morning and my wife nopticed I did not snore as much, my heavy loud snore turned into the odd purr. She could even hear the telly when i fell asleep. thats something new for her.Did it cure my sleep apnoea? I dont know! but my wife never got woke up with me grunting for breath.It felt weird at first having it in when going to sleep but I am sure i will get used to that.so far after just one night I am liking it already. I just hope it lasts a while, at least a few months.if it does prove to work after a week or two I will buy more because nothing lasts forever, I am prepared to spend more if it works.

Having tried a cheap version of this product, to see if I liked it, I plumbed for the better version.I wish I hadn't.Although smaller & more compact, it doesn't stay in your mouth right.I kept waking to find it rattling around in my mouth.Adjustment is near on impossible too.All in all, it's a big no from me.I've gone back to my cheap version.It works a treat.
