Is this a recently made product or is it "old" and losing its fragrance?

Just bought it a month ago and it is the same strength then and now. It is not “old” nor has it lost any of its potency of fragrance.

Where is it manfactured?

The perfume is made in the USA and it is distributed by Inter Parfums USA.
