I’ve had the ring for a couple months now. It was all good until spring arrived, and every time I walk outside, I end up with my hands in the dirt. It starts out simple enough. Just a weed or two. Then the brick edging needs to be adjusted a bit. Next thing you know, there’s dirt and mulch flying everywhere. I had accumulated a few minor scratches before someone mentioned ring covers. A quick search, and I found these. I decided I wanted a few colors. This set has three. They are stretchy, and go on easily. They do add a bit more chunkiness to an already chunky ring. I only take the ring off to charge it, so it’s a small price to pay for the protection these covers provide.

The covers fit and are easy to put on the ring. I like the "transparent" one the best. It's actually translucent, as you can see in the picture. It looks nice to see the shimmer of the ring through it, and you can see the locator oval to verify the ring's orientation. It's harder to do it by feel with the lavender cover, but I do like the color of it. The molding quality on that one isn't as good; see my last picture. There's some flash (a ridge) along one side, but it's not that noticeable at a normal distance. I'll still wear it.
