Incredible product, LOVE the velvet side for the option of a less intense cold. The straps are incredible. It is pliable and it stays cold for the perfect amount of time (15-20 minutes). Fantastic product. Highly recommend.

The product performs exactly as advertised. I love that it has two sides- the fuzzy side is perfect to place directly on the skin. The straps work very well and are of the best velcro material that doesn't snag on everything around you. 10/10 product for sure.

This thing is soooo helpful in recovery after playing basketball. Great quality material. Easy to put on. Stays cold for a long time. Great buy!

Used post op Total Hip Replacement. Got a few different sizes and all were great. Kept coldness well, was able to use directly on skin using soft side down then after it started to lose chill I can flip it over to the nylon side and would have extended chill time.The straps on the medium size one very easy to use while mobilising! Super versatile.

I could smell this wrap before it was even out of the box. It is a strong chemical and licorice type smell. I have no idea what it is. I tried putting it in my freezer and it smelled up both compartments so I was forced to leave it out to the air for awhile.It works fine as an ice pack once aired out. Straps are good and the pack itself is high quality.

I bought this because it looked superior to my current ice gel pack. I was not disappointed, this product is great. I appreciate that I don't need a barrier between the ice pack and my skin when I use the fuzzy side of this. I use this on my foot and it covers the whole foot as opposed to just a section of my foot with the old ice pack. Also, the dummy-proof straps are nice (they wrap either way). Finally, I am a huge fan of the bag. It keeps the ice pack from getting dirty in the freezer, which is something I didn't know I cared about until I started using it. All around this is really a well thought out product that I am very pleased with.

I love everything about it!!!It says it's for therapy, but I bought it because I thought it could also be used with Jazzercise. As I expected, the size is just right, and since it's coming up in summer, I thought it was cooler than regular leg weights and perfect for people starting out with lighter weights.Also, most foot weights are for the ankles, so I thought this product could also be used on the calves or above the knees, depending on the person.I'll tell my fellow Jazzercise members about it!BTW,I hope there will be more color options & pair Set in the future!I'm So happy with the gray, but my daughter loves the black!I'm really lucky and happy!!!Thank you so much for this wonderful great product!

So weird. No instructions on the listing, searching didn't find anything. Going to the site, had to navigate to the exact item for instructions (even though they have many similar products).To cool: freeze for 2 hours IN BAG, use for 20 min (depending on doctor's instructions.To heat: heat for 45 seconds OUT OF BAG, mush the gel around, heat for another 45 seconds.Simple enough, but I don't know how important the details are.Otherwise, a well made product, rolls up into a small bag for storage.
