Go to your order history page, invoice details, and look to see who the seller is. Use the contact information there to contact the seller. Manufacturer warranty has to be done through the seller directly that you purchased from. Most likely there are just some adjustments that need to be made to take care of any issues going on.

Q: Do I need to purchase salt separately or does it come with the system

You will need to purchase salt yourself. it will take approx. 160 lbs to fill it. ( 4-40 lbs. bags.) The folks at Aplus Water LLC
