I purchased these, after some research, to replace an old Hexclad pan. The replacement 12" pan cost $150, so I decided to go with a whole set from Henckels for the same price. It performs as well as the Hexclad so far. The only down side is the bottom of the pan is not non-stick, so it will eventually stain but who cares, it's the bottom.

I also own 2 Hexlcad pans and wanted to expand my collection, but at a lower cost so I searched reviews and came across these and I was skeptical. Honestly, I love them! I’ve used them daily. My first test for a new pan is always scrambled and fried eggs. I used adequate fat- butter on the eggs and there was no sticking and the utensils they came with are perfect! I kept them at a low- medium heat and there was no sticking. I’ve used them for steak, shrimp, ham steaks and more (with olive oil) and nothing has been a disappointment. Take the time to get to know your pans and how they need to be seasoned and don’t scorch them on a high heat and these are great! In addition to this I grabbed an 11 piece set on another site and I’m happy with them all. They are easy to clean with a scrub daddy sponge or dish brush (things I already use). Just be sure to dry them off after hand washing. Take the chance if you’re on the fence- you won’t be disappointed.

Very disappointed, the non stick texture holds food and makes clean up a challenge. i purchased this for my wife's birthday to replace the old Henckles set. I wont use these, i am now using a Kirkland set which works well. i am versed in cooking and preparing meals, as I was a firefighter for 36 years and a cook for 5 years.One again, very dissatisfied with new style of pan I purchased in December 2024.Thank you.Captain Thomas J Tomko

Mostly non stick, heat well and pretty evenly. They do tend to get tarnished so I may try bartenders friend or something like that on them.

Best pans I have ever owned

Good quality. Heats very evenly. Great buy. Lightweight and easy to clean.

It was good at first, but after a few days the color started to darken. I wash them after each use, so IO was surprised that the quality is deteriorating. The silver is no longer silver, and inside the color has faded.
