Q: Has anyone made a guinea pig c&c cage with these?

I have. It is very easy to use. Just make sure you have a sharp cutting knife, and a hard edge to score along. Just score where you want a bend, don't cut. We used it for the floor, and to build a dark area for them to sleep in. :)

Q: Can someone tell me if the ridges go longwise or widthwise across the sheets?

the ridges go lenghthways along the long axis.

Q: Would these stand upright without bending?

yes if you do not put any weight on it, estate agents use these outside of houses as sales boards
