Works works well, simply plug in all your USB C's and you're good to go! No issue with lagging or it's simply not reading, you get for usb-c ports to help expand on what your computer may not allow, it's a nice small, lightweight product that is very versatile and I use it on a daily basis!

So far, so good. Not getting heated up if we use all ports. I have been using this for almost 2 months now and its working perfectly. Id recommend this.

Works. Using it at my desk to expand the number of USB ports available to my USB-C docking station. Fast enough that I can do some video editing with an NVMe drive with it.

This product performs exceptionally well. Its user-friendly interface and robust construction make it a reliable choice. The build quality is commendable.

It works sporadically and randomly. It doesn't seem to actually transfer at the USB-C speeds that it should. Some devices that were attached to this weren't recognized by my iMac. Plugged in directly they worked, but not plugged in to this. Disappointing. I like this brand of products, so it's unfortunate that this particular one doesn't work well.

Often many products advertised on Amazon are exaggerated, or wrong, but not this one. Other reviews cover the packaging, and build so I'll focus on the function. Because of the renaming of USB 3.2.1 vs 3.1.2 speed is confusing, its best to specify and compare it to the raw speed it delivers rather than the USB version name.Pros10Gbits/s or 1GByte/s read, for each port tested individually using Crystaldiskmark. The crystal image shows one run of 3, which were roughly identical, for all ports and to speed without a port, plugged directly. The file transfer is a 7GB file transferred from one t7 Shield to another on the same hub, its roughly sustained until near the end. This produces collisions and tests the latency from transfers within the port itself, that is from one port to another.case is plastic and lightweight, there is no need for metal as its not a power port to need a heatsink. Works well to charge my iphone, watch, and other devices off my MacBook. Note: my MacBook only has two usb-c ports and one is for my monitor. The power cord cannot be plugged into this, it’s not enough watts or whatever.
