If you like prosciutto- this is fab! It’s thick enough and not a lot of fat trim- and a great flavor! It’s the best prosciutto in America I’ve had / sorry not like authentic prosciutto in Italy- I was impressed and wanted to share it with family- this will definitely help for any party dishes-
