Absolutely brilliant Safe, works great, very sturdy, finger print scanner easy to use and set up, instructions are really good, well made, love the built in light and carpeted shelfs and walls it's really high quality. Love the alarm feature too. I really recommend this safe! You will not be disappointed.

Fingerprint scanner issue
Great item, only issue is with setting fingerprint scanner, still cant work out how to. It keeps saying failed and setting off an alarm, so given up on that part, but secure all the same

Very secure with choice of fingerprint or combination
There is plenty of room in this safe which has 1 adjustable shelf. It is big enough to be able to put in A4 documents. You can open it with a key, or using the battery which allows you to use a combination or fingerprint. The fingerprint seems to work well, during the time I have been using it (a few weeks). You have to twist the dial to open and close. As the main battery lives inside the safe, there is an emergency battery which you can attach externally. The key (lock hidden underneath the logo) is the last resort's opening method. It doesn't look easy to open if you don't have the details, so it is essential to keep the combination and keys secure, as well as the emergency battery. That's quite a bit of stuff to put somewhere! It has pre-drilled holes to attach to the floor/wall, and screws are provided. It will certainly deter all but the most determined of professional thieves!

I mistakenly ordered 2 and want to return 1 but can't return to the depot.
This item is so large that to return it to DPS would be difficult for me as a disabled person.I don't mind paying for the DPS to collect the item. It is very heavy.Let me know if you can help.

Decent enough 'basic' safe for household use
Decent safe with the convenient options of fingerprint/ keypad/key opening, the fingerprint reader works fine for me but the wife always has 'misreads' and usually triggers the alarm (its not that loud) so uses the keypad more often.We're now using this for valuables when we go out instead of the usual 'hiding' them and it is opened daily so will see how long the batteries last.Nice to see an adjustable shelf but it is a bit fiddly to adjust (removing the supports) but allows larger items to be stored.Seems average pricing.Happy to recommend.
