These are awesome! My neck and shoulder muscles just have no chill and regularly need massaging to get rid of knots/make them stop being so tight. It sometimes results in headaches or even vocal cord strain. These tools make attending to that much easier on my hands and feel nice on your skin. I havent played around with hestong or cooling them but they have a nice cool feeling at first and warm up with skin contact.Each type is good in its own way:The two-ball tool is great for focusing on a smaller area and getting firm pressure but only goes back and forth, so I prefer this for my neck.The single-ball tool is great to roll around 360 degrees so you can do circular motions and its larger so good for larger areas like my shoulders. The only thing is if youre pressing firmly with it and not careful it can pinch skin or pull hairs where the ball gets close to the handle-part.Both tools have been great to relieve leg pain in my partner after long days working on his feet also.

They work fine but are kind of a pain to use. They're uncomfortably cold to the skin without preheating in hot water so there's prep work to use them. Using them also takes the "feel" away from giving massages so it can be hard to know what the receiver is feeling without asking. My wife and I may try them again but honestly, we will probably stick with massaging by hand.
