Got this for the hot flushes in bed. My light is above my head and to the right when I'm in bed. This can be angled to where you need it. The light works and is bright but dimmable which also works well. I find white light hurts my eyes but this goes from warm white to white light with the remote. I got an adapter to put it in as my lights are bayonet not screw and that works excellent. The fan on low is quite quiet and strong enough for me with the placement of it. For the price it's worth a try. My light socket is also NOT flush to my ceiling which my husband thought would be a problem but so far it's fine as the fitting isn't too heavy and it doesn't move around in the socket.

This is cheap so worth the price. The fan isn't very strong, ut you can feeli it slightly when directly underneath, however you get what you pay for. The light is really exceptionally good with the functions and so easy to install.

This is a top quality product at a great price. I purchased two of these and also bought two light bulb connectors. This came a a screw in but with the adapter I was abl to change it for a push in. I didn’t think the fan would be so strong, but on the highest setting it is. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but it is just right for what I needed.

Purchased this item mainly for fan in spare room for work.Light & remote okay but the fan is very weak, with odd waft if stood underneath. Very disappointed as not fit for purpose therefore shall return & require full refund.. thanks

I found this ceiling fan light hard to use. The fan doesn’t provide enough airflow, and the light settings are confusing. The remote is unresponsive at times. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations and feels poorly designed.

This is a basic fan but stronger than expected. Remote included, no batteries. Modes can be switched via remote or cycled through the light switch (each off-and-on enters the next mode (cold white, warm white, day light, fan, light+fan); this also means that when not using the remote, it turns on with a different setting to what you last left off with, it seems.The fan is a bit loud but not really disturbingly so.The plastic housing is where they saved money - doesn’t look or feel high quality by a long shot; simply made for practical use, not looks.

I'll be honest here, I haven't installed this fan for 2 reasons. Firstly, I wanted to replace the big ceiling fan that we have in our bedroom for something a bit more contemporary. The Jingsen fan is far too small for our room and would be more suited to smaller spaces so it doesn't look out of place. Secondly, it really does look rather plasticky and cheap.After going out and buying a ceiling light adapter that has the screw fixing that the fan needs, as most UK ceiling roses will be bayonet, I may keep the fan to put in a small office room (that's not seen by too many people) when we move. So, as far as testing goes, I can't help but have rated it down the middle for operation, the 2 stars deducted are for it's general appearance. Just don't expect this ceiling fan to be a feature wherever you install it, pure functionality only.
