After using 2 weeks water leakage started from the bottom of hand grip

Cord length is too short it's unble to use without an extension cord.thinking of returning it.
I am not happy with the cord length. That's the important aspect of the product,it's too short without the support of the extension cord ,it's not been able to use .thinking of return.
