Great Buy!!
This sound bar has great sound...the subwolfer produces quality sound for the money.I notice a difference in sound when switching thru the different modes. But when you listen tomusic the bass is superb!! For the money its a great buy.

Bad product, bad customer service
Product worked 1st time I set it up. When I attempted to turn it on again it never came on. Emailed customer service Monday and no one has responded as of today, Friday

Defective subwoofer but great 800 service.
This seemed like a good purchase but my subwoofer didn’t work. I called the 800 number. And a nice young man answered the phone and tried to help but to no avail. He said to send it back to Cambridge Audio for an exchange. i decided that sending it back to Amazon was better. I bought a Sonos Sound Bar and Sub that sounds GREAT!

It worth it!
Excellent sound quality for this price. Way much better then everything that you can find in chain stores. Subwoofer produces enough bass for his size, but not suitable for rhythmic music.

Bluetooth Blues
The brochure says this device will auto turn on. This isn't true, in fact when connected to a PC via BT it will disconnect quite aggressively if sound is not playing. Then you must find the remote and power the device on the ONLY way you can because there is no buttons on the sound boxSo multiple times a day I really on the remote. And when that remote dies this thing will be a brick.My PC is set up to keep BT powered, not to sleep etc. So it's not that. In fact I have USB powered BT devices also connected to audio on the laptop that do not "turn off" like the TV5.Specifically the Uboom series of speakers stay connected all day as long as my PC is on.We need a fix for this, the TV5 is expensive and has no batteries, remove this "eco" power off. If I want it to disconnect I'll turn off my PC.

Lo Fidelity
While the design and construction were top notch, the sound quality was horrible. The upper frequency range is quite subdued, which is to be expected from full-ranged drivers and NO tweeters. Come on, somebody must have checked this?

Garbage Product
Woofer died after first six weeks, then could not turn off bar using remote. Junk. Went back to Land of Bezos for credit, which was issued. Learned hard way that unless willing to spend big bucks (>$700), don’t waste your money.

Cambridge ,le bon choix à ce prix !
En complement d'un de système HOME Cinéma , le rendu sonore est très correct , la barre positionnée dans une niche avec la Télé donne dans ce cas spécifique une résonnance pas très agréable . Caisson discret , puissance en BT trés bien , moins en Film type NETFLIX où il faut pousser à fond le volume ,salon meublé de +40m². Place pour les accès HDMI exigue , oblige au rachat de coudes pour application murale . Qualité de fabrication très bonne.

Ogni tanto "perde" il SUBWOOFER
Dopo aver cambiato cavo HDMI ARC, perché quello di qualità scarsa in dotazione induceva li spegnimento del Subwoofer, adesso, dopo 3 settimane di corretto funzionamento, il sistema non accende nemmeno più la Soundbar automaticamente, costringendomi a farlo con il telecomando.Fastidiosissimo!!Scaduto il termine per il reso, mi tocca ora portatelo a riparare, nell’ unico service in Italia a PIACENZA!!!!Acquisto assolutamente NEGATIVO, purtroppo!Saluti

DELUSIONE
Parto con la recensione parlando della spedizione : la consegna del prodotto ha ritardato 4 giorni rispetto a ciò che era garantito. Amazon mi ha proposto un rimborso di 5€ : inaccettabile, questo significa prendere per i fondelli i clienti. Ed ho anche PRIME..... Prodotto arrivato nel suo imballo originale.Per quanto concerne la soundbar, dopo corretta e meticolosa installazione, NON sono rimasto soddisfatto in quanto oltre ad una resa audio onestamente medio-bassa ( più verso il basso che verso il medio ), fa uno strano difetto : durante la riproduzione l'audio si interrompe da solo e poi riparte indicativamente ogni 10 minuti, accade sia collegato con HDMI che con cavo ottico. A livello estetico direi che non è male....telecomando abbastanza funzionale , ma non si compra una soundbar per motivo estetico. A breve procedo con la restituzione.

Intanto deluso....poi vedremo...!
Tutto montato e riesco ad utilizzarla poco e male perché il telecomando in dotazione (fondamentale per il completo utilizzo!) non funziona. Ho contattato direttamente la CAMBRIDGE AUDIO chiedendo cosa fare......attendo loro risposta. Al momento 1 stella !!!!!
