Item received and only 2 of the 3 devices work. Sent straight back for a refund, not messing about.

These plugs are very intermittent are very frustrating. 1 plug out of the 3 refuses to connect at all. Contacted the sellers, they said to post them back (at my expense!!) I instead sent them a video of the 1 plug that would not connect. The only reply I got was a thumbs up. Very poor service.
