Very well made. Should have bought one a long time ago.
Excellent precision measurement tool. Works well. Recommend to have as part of your measurement tools. Great for crafts too.

The most accurate ruler
I tested and it is accurate. You would think that is true with all rulers, but not so. This one is the best.

Very accurate. Easy to use.
If you want accuracy this is the tool. Make marks in 1/2 mm increments. You have to use a mechanical pencil though because the holes are so small. If you require very precise measurements then this is the tool for you. I've purchased many Incra tools and they are the best on the market for quality. I'd buy this manufactures products over any other for that reason.

It's okay and I like it.I got super excited seeing a product like this with precision markings and well thought out design. However, once I received the products I realized some of its drawbacks.First is the pros-Markings are very easy to read with number markings every 4/32 on the edge and 1/16 of an inch in the center-Big pro for me is the marking holes every 1/32 of an inch and 1/16 of an inch, edge and center respectively-Can use it as a compass to make circlesCons-Very thin, so thin in fact that I dropped the ruler from about 5 feet and the corner dented. This tool was made to be used in a shop, I drop it from 5 feet and it has already bent a corner? Really disappointing.-Corners are sharp, like you can hurt yourself sharp-Edges are fairly sharp too, but that more so has to do with how thin it is.Notes-You need to use 0.5mm or smaller pencil/pen in order to fit the holes, not a problem for me as I prefer to use 0.5mm.Overall I like it, but I question its longevity. It has plenty of features that I think are amazing, but the build quality just isn't there for me. I would give it 5 stars for being such an innovative ruler, but have to bump it down to a solid 4 due to build quality. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

If you need "extreme" measuring accuracy
First, the best advice I can give you on whether you need any of the incra rulers. Go to YouTube and search for "incra rules." You want to watch the video "INCRA Rules - Complete Version." It is about 8 and 1/2 minutes long and covers each of there rulers. From this video you will get a sense as to which ruler(s) might be useful to you. Finally, here is what I can offer that you will not find in the You Tube video I recommended. The holes for marking are so small you will need a .5mm mechanical pencil. Or, you will need to use your utility knife to whittle down a fine point on a regular pencil. I have been using the later method, but finally bought a mechanical pencil. Someone said in a review that they come with a mechanical pencil. Mine did not.One final note. The incra rulers are made of thin, pliable metal. As such I would not be storing them in my tool bucket! This is not at all a criticism, it is just stating a fact.I also own the "6-Inch and 3-Inch Precision Marking T-Rules" and the "Incra BNDRUL12 12-Inch Incra Precision Bend Rule" and find them just as useful as this product. They too are covered in the video I refer to above.I am a huge fan of incra products.

Where has this been all my life!
Epic tool. Well made, clear markings laid out in a helpful way, nice heft, and great look. Excellent!!

Fabulous Product!!
Great product. Allows you to be very accurate. The only improvement I can see would be to make the metal slightly thicker. I realize that the thinness makes it nice for measuring/marking curves, but I don't think that a slight increase would change this.

Great Ruler
While you need a 0.5mm pencil lead to get the most out of this ruler, it works great and I use it a lot in building models for my railroad.
