I bought 2. One of them got so hot when the usb was plugged in. There are no indication of a full charge and the battery doesn't last for a full day. I let it plugged in and it got overheated. The usb melted and the SD port got damaged. The SD card wouldn't stay inserted. Also, you can only get 4k video during live footages. But close to 1080 when it record to the SD card. I am expecting better quality for this price...but it turn out to be a fire hazard.

Remote access couldn't be simpler with this camera. Connecting to my WiFi network was effortless, and I can check on my space in real-time using the dedicated app.

This clock has issues. First, the instructions have been written by someone with passible English, not technical English. Second, the instructions are hard to read due to the small print. Third, you must get the app for your phone but that's laid out rather oddly too.Neither the instructions nor the app answer the video questions. The clock video can run all of the time but you must select "record" to capture anything. Where does the clock store the recording? During set up, it asked for access to my images and albums on my phone so I assumed it sent the recordings there. Nope. None to be found.So I tried to pull the micro SD card out thinking the recordings would surely be there. I couldn't get the card out! The small indention for a fingernail is much smaller than the average male's fingernail. After playing with tweezers and other tools I finally got a small utility knife and wittled the plastic away from around the card.I finally got the micro SD card out so loaded it into a card reader and opened it on my computer. What I found were many folders. Each folder contained a number of .media items and one .jpg image. I could not find any app that could read the .media files. Perhaps a forensic investigator at some bureau of investigations.I decided to go back and read the reviews on the Amazon page. Three of the first four were 5-star ratings and were almost identical. They had the same three-paragraph layout and said the exact same thing with some different words that meant the same thing! Now I realize that what I thought was a highly rated product isn't!One final note. If you're looking for this to be your nightstand clock, it has no alarm function. It tells time and takes video that you can't download.Avoid this camera clock! dark environment in which to sleep but I haven't figured that out yet.

Hard to set-up. Directions in bix says one thing, Youtube says another. You can see the camera in the clock. Product gets really hot when plugged. Not safe.

The instructions are very poorly written and the print is so small you may need a magnifying glass. I did get everything set up on my wifi and the app working. Problems I encountered as I tested it out for a couple hours are that it would record a video if I hit "RECORD" on my app. It stored that recording in the app under "Album" ( I think it was called). The videos had no sound, but not sure if it was suppose to. But, when I wanted motion to record a video of me walking in and out, it did not record any video to any where that I could find (certainly not in the app in the Album. It did alert/notify my Tuya app on my phone when it detected motion, but possibly because I'm on my own wifi (? not sure). It will not SMS or call your phone to alert you to motion, unless you have a paid subscription. Maybe others expected that, but I didn't. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because the quality of the camera is very good and if you just want it to record someone/pets/whatever in a room from your phone while you're watching in on your app, that would work. Also, this can only be controlled from app on your phone (no laptop/computer).

its hard to use this as a nanny cam, hard to point this in the direction you want to without it being kind of weird. I was also having trouble trying to view the footage. quality was not so great either. going back.

So I set this up in my room to know what’s going on while I’m away and I could hear the camera or lens and that’s not what I wanted so hopefully I can figure out how to change it but it’s easy to set up and very clear let’s see how this turns out
