Perfect Replacement
Bought this recently to replace the Rim Cylinder in our Front door after a Burglary in which house keys where taken. Delivery was from Amazon, so no quibbles, arrived 2 days after ordering in normal, neat and tidy recyclable amazon packaging.The Rim Cylinder itself will fit most normal 'Yale Style' front door locks, and functions perfectly. I found it easy to fit, and easy to use. Only real comments I would make are that, Firstly the keys supplied with this lock are NOT normal yale type (round head) but are in fact more upv type, in that they have a larger, more hexagonal head, no real issue, but i do prefer round headed keys. Also, this lock has an Auto Latch mechanism, meaning when you first open the door from the inside the handle locks up or down (like leaving it on the latch) and you have to kind of knock the handle back down and it will spring back into place. BUT don't let this sound confusing and put you off, it has actually turned out to be a useful feature, and will make perfect sense when you fit the lock.All in all a great lock at a great price, wouldn't fit it to fort knox, but for your front door its perfect.

Excellent Yale Lock, Enough Keys For The Family!.
Excellent product. Easy to fit. Comes with 6 keys so each family member can have a key (well done Yale!!). It was cheaper for me to replace the door lock than go and get 1 key cut at £9 or 3 for £18 from a well known high street shop.
