I have tried a few of these "Shilajit" resins and this one seems to be the most bang for the buck.

This Sshilajit resin is incredible. I am on day 7 of my current regiment. I just take the clump and throw it under my tongue for 10 seconds and then swallow with some orange or peach juice or milk. One Shilajit dose every morning about 30-45 minutes before I have my light breakfast of oatmeal/chia seeds/hemp seeds/whole milk (20-30g protein total). No other food until lunch around noontime. I get a bit hungry later but I notice it helps to give me a better energy and focus to have that slight rumble for a few minutes that hits me around 10 or 11. This shilajit resin has brought back my energy and mental clarity. I am 33 now and yet I feel like my 18 year old self to be quite honest. As this is only day 7, I started to feel like this by day 3. So far I am truly impressed. I'm alert, I'm focused, but most of all I feel balanced.

I have little idea what this black resin stuff is or what fulvic acid is but when I take it I feel better. More energy and better focus. Tastes something like licorice. The wooden spoon it comes with reminds me of ice cream cups I had as a kid. You are supposed to measure the dosage on the wooden spoon but I can’t see how accurate that would be. Two lines on the spoon - one for 300 mg and one for 600mg. I doubt that those are in any way accurate. It probably doesn’t matter. I just works. I don’t bother mixing it with water or anything. I just put the spoon in my mouth and it eventually comes off with time.
