These definitely work! Take before you start drinking & you will be good to go the next day.

I read the product background info (about how it works) on RU-21and decided to try it. If used according to instructions, it works. Meaning, I do not wake up the next morning with a headache nor hangover. I have researched other products that attempt to address alcohol toxicity, but the main question remains: Why would you take a product the NEXT MORNING to relieve nasty hangover symptoms when you can take a product (before and during drinking) that eliminates the hangover experience in the first place??? I've been using it for a few years now and feel it is worth every cent of the cost, because it actually works. I rarely take a drink without taking two tabs first. In the case I exceed two drinks, I take two more. And never a hangover. Thank you, makers of RU-21.

This is a review of RU-21 dietary supplementWhat initially interested me in this product was that it contained succinic acid. I am quoting here, but this sums it up: "Succinate supplements have been shown to help reduce the effects of hangovers by activating the degradation of acetaldehyde - a toxic byproduct of alcohol metabolism - into CO2 and H2O through aerobic metabolism. Succinic acid has been shown to stimulate neural system recovery and bolster the immune system. Claims have also been made that it boosts awareness, concentration and reflexes."And it works. I drink a couple of glasses of wine a couple of times a week , but normally it makes me feel tired and not-so-good the next day .This product allows me to have those glasses of wine and not feel sick the next day. It's brilliant.

It keeps me sober when drinking wines and beer. Still can feel the alcohol but a lot better.

I have to go to a lot of events for work where alcohol is readily available and it is almost rude to not partake with everyone else. This makes it difficult for me when these events are on weekdays and I need to be ready to work early the next morning. I was recommended this product by a friend and while I'm not typically the kind of person to take supplements or pills in general, I was delightfully surprised to see that these work remarkably well. I've been taking them two or three times a week consistently now and have yet to wake up with any of the normal symptoms after moderate to heavy drinking (usually 3-5 strong drinks like gin and tonic). Fully satisfied with the product and expect to buy again.

It did not work. I felt the next day like if I had no pill.

This pill works. Take two pills before drinking, and two pills before you sleep. For casual drinking (2 drinks), I didn't have a hangover--no headache or nausea. For heavy drinking (several shots and cocktails), I didn't have a headache but I did have a ever-so-slight nausea, and felt super exhausted (which is normal to me after a party). I can't survive hangovers without this. Highly recommend.I purchased these when they had the bottle version. I'm unsure whey they switched the packaging to the little packets.
