Once the product arrived I spent sometime doing the updates and loading some apps. It is a great product to use in either format, keyboard or touchpad.

Shuts off, don’t come right on. Won’t go to sleep and it freezes. This was the worst possible purchase ever of an electronic

Tablet arrived as described. The keyboard was configured for Great Britain, which was a challenge to change, but once completed, everything is working perfectly. Very happy with the purchase.

From the beginning, this tablet did not hold a charge very well. If I left it completely off for 2 to 3 days, I would find the battery completely drained. Another weird thing I found was that the @ symbol and the ' symbol were swapped. The icons were in the correct place, but you'd have to flip the process on how to actually make each of those symbols type on the screen. I purchased this tablet the first week of December, 2024. It is now the middle of May, 2025, And I cannot get the tablet to charge with The charger that it came with, nor with any of the other similar chargers. I did however get it to charge with the car charger, which has an entirely different insert to the tablet. So, if I want to charge this tablet, I have to sit in my car with the car running. Even then, The tablet still doesn't hold a charge for very long. A day at most. While trying to troubleshoot, using advice from the internet, I was not able to get anywhere. Once I figured out that I could charge the tablet, I saw that there were about six updates for Windows 11. And a few other updates. It took at least 12 hours to get these downloaded and then installed. At one point the windows 11, version 24 H2, was downloaded and then 97% installed, but that of course was when the battery ran out. I had to start over.

As I said it's very convenient, smooth, and so far very well made. I use it to write on, and so far no complaints!

But it's not a US copy of Win11. If you install a US copy of Win11 it will eventually become deactivated and you'll have to use a US activation code.

It's shipped without a product key and they will not give it to you. So you cant install a fresh copy of windows.Quality of tablet is decent and functions well, good enough for the cost. Battery lasts a decent amount of time.After a few weeks of use the keyboard will begin to bow and scratch the screen because the case isn't rigid. But it has a screen protector that will take the damage even though they offer not replacement items.When you contact the company, they will give you the run around asking for photos and videos constantly then tell you that they can't help you once the return window closes.

It is slow, I thought it would be faster. It performs sort of clunky. I don't think it's worth the price I bought it for.
