Good product, timely installation
I recently purchased the Faber chimney, and so far, I'm quite happy with the product. The installation process went smoothly – the technician arrived on time and efficiently installed the chimney. The product itself seems to be of good quality, though I haven’t used it extensively yet.One issue I faced was that the cowl provided in the box was a 6-inch one, whereas it should have been a 5-inch one. This is still pending to be sorted out, as the technician didn’t have the smaller cowl with him.As for the charges, the installation fee was 600 rupees, and the pipe cost an additional 1500 rupees. While these charges seem a bit high, I believe they are standard for this type of product.Overall, everything else is fine, and I’m hopeful the cowl issue will be resolved soon.

Good service. The chimney is good. However the opening does not go to the end as their are no holders to hold it up. The glass opens only half till it is straight.
