Great combo of important vitamins.

I need this in a larger bottle. It's expensive but worth it. Easy to swallow. Good quality ingredients. Health benefits were noticeable after two weeks, as certain problems with my skin that I thought were just from "getting old" went away, and my overall mood improved as well. I have more energy and I recover faster from exercise. I hope that if I continue to take these I will continue to see benefits.

The combination of nutrients is key to the success of this product. I feel like the actual quality of the supplements is average compared to other supplements on the market. I feel a slight difference after a week of taking this supplement. I need to continue taking it for at least another week in order to really know how good it is for me and then I can tell how effective it really is.
