Great controller for a great price.
for the price of this controller I think it is an excellent purchase and to be honest I am bout to buy 2 more for safekeeping because I feel this controller was not popular enough and may dissapear.I use this controller for fighting games, which demand a level of precision and fast buttons that most controllers do not have. for the price I find that this controller has it and I do not have to fiddle doing over 50 dollar or 100 dollar purchases to get a controller that may be great but lack one or two things.- I like that the trigger buttons have no travel- I like that it is light and has no rumble.- The cable is long and it has some good turbo features.- The buttons travel fast enough and feel responsive. the Dpad feels abit stiff but it is accurate.I hope this product remains or gets more versions. I personally plan to keep an eye on it.

not supported by Hori
It's fairly solid but the method to program the extra buttons is not user friendly. This was to be a ps3 controller replacement but every time i tried to hit the select button i would instead hit the turbo button. It's irritating and would have been better if they switched the function buttons for the start/select buttons. Pics attached of program instructions. Good luck.

It's a really good controller
Unfortunately this controller appears to be getting negative feedback but it's actually a really good controller.it's wired so input it fast, symmetrical which is a positive or negative based on taste, has turbo function, programmable buttons to the back and a headset jack for sound and mic with a handy mute button for the mic. It's also comfortable to hold with a textured patterned area on the handles to support your grip. You can also save profile settings. The triggers are analog, apparently earlier shipments functioned as digital but if you update the firmware you can switch them to analog. The controller I received already worked as analog triggers out of the box with firmware version 1.5, 1.7 is the version on Hori's website at the time of writing this review. When compared to a DualShock 4, the triggers travel distance is shorter though, about half.you can swtich between xinput and dinput. xinput is the newer interface and it identifies as an xbox controller in this mode. Dinput is an older, legacy technology that if you need an explanation for it you will probably never use but it's nice to have an option. In this mode the controller identifies as a Hori pc controller. The real cons about this controller is the lack of vibration and gyro controls. Gyro controls are not a popular feature among controllers at this price range so it's only the vibration I think it misses. the lack of vibration motors makes it feel a little on the light side as well but currently it's my go to controller for PC.GameSir recently released a comparably good symmetrical wired controller with vibration but there's a toss up between other features at may make individuals choose one over the other.

Not recommended at this price. Poor button feel all around
Horrible button feel. Light and slippery texture on controller. Not recommended at all. There are way better controllers at a fraction of this price. It does work fine and you should be happy with it for casual gaming, but it's low quality compared to even basic xbox controllers, for example. Makes an ok backup controller for a rare occasion when I need four controllers or similar uses.

Basic Reliable controller
I like this controller. No rumble features and very basic. D-pad is a bit stiff. Back buttons are placed well. For the price, this is a great controller that's easy to use!!
