I spent months… and I mean months reviewing and researching about the proper sofa to buy. I didn’t want something too big or too small, I wanted versatility, comfort, color, storage, etc. After eyeing this one I took the risk and bought it.Firstly: It was extremely easy to assemble. It arrived a few days quicker than anticipated in SEVEN, yes, SEVEN large boxes (my poor mailman lol). I chose the six piece sectional and absolutely love it.What I love: the modular design, the fabric, the storage, the zippers on each cushion.What I don’t love: how the cushions do not stay in place. Now, this could be fixed by stitching on pieces of Velcro, but for an $1600 price tag, you’d think this detail would be included.Overall, I love that it’s not too firm or too soft, it’s easy to keep clean for a light colored sofa and we can adapt the sectional to any shape to meet our desires.all in all— no regrets. Just feedback for the company on that one small detail. Hope you love it if you buy it too!

I got the largest configuration, U shape couch with 2 ottomans and the color, fabric and shipping time are amazing. However, few things to consider: 1) The couch cushions do not stay in place. A Velcro strap underneath them to stick to the base would help with it sliding around. 2) For 2 of my couch seat without armrests the cushions or the springs underneath are not as firm as the corner pieces which means when someone sits on it they sink. It’s uncomfortable but I think I just got bad pieces.

I love this sectional and worth every penny! Actually, I can't believe the price! I just saw a similar sectional in old Serena & Lily catalog and it was $21,000! Yes, I typed that correctly! It may be firm like some people say but I like that because it will keep it forms longer. Even my teenager son loves it! Their customer service was awesome to work with, quick and efficient. I had ordered the largest sectional but one of the middle pieces got ruined. Decided I didn't want the other pieces to be shipped and got my appropriate refund quickly. The pieces did come in several big boxes and different days. Packaging was very effiecient with cushions secured in base of seat. The storage pieces are very heavy for one person. Overall, don't doubt getting this it's worth it!

The material is sturdy and we love that we can detach each section easily if needed.

This couch has so much potential! The color is beautiful in person. It is on the firmer side and not a deep couch however the ottomans do help.We did reach out to the company since we are missing the left arm chair and the cushion for the ottoman was the wrong cushion as pictured. It appears to be another couch cushion. However the company responded very quickly and is working to resolve the issue. The review and rating will be updated upon the arrival of the missing pieces.Update: customer service was excellent and my issue was resolved. This is a great couch and my family loves it!
