I have been using this cleanser for three weeks now - and I love it! I have very sensitive combination skin and this cleanser makes my skin feel really clean and fresh. I use this with Facetheory's bamboo face cloths which are really soft and gentle on my skin. I was looking for an unscented, non drying, non foaming exfoliating cleanser and was delighted to find this reasonably priced one with AHA's & BHA's; it is a creamy textured thick lotion which rinses off easily leaving skin feeling super clean but not stripped. I use this to cleanse my face in the morning - not to remove makeup - and massage it in for a couple of minutes to allow the acids to do their thing before removing. I have normal/combination skin prone to hormonal breakouts and also hyperpigmentation and so I like that this has no irritating fragrance or scratchy beads etc whilst helping to gently whisk away dead skin cells. Unlike other reviewers I haven't had any problems with the pump dispenser (I prefer a pump & mine works just fine). Would also like to see this available in a larger size.

I have problem skin as an understatement! Due to contact allergies to many chemicals, which result in intense blistering lasting weeks before healing, the skin on my face and hands particularly has become quite sensitive and reacts quickly to harsh chemicals. At the same time so many reactions over the last year has left my facial skin clogged with medical creams as well as dead skin residues left behind when reactions dry up (you'll know what I mean if you suffer skin allergies). So I have noticeably clogged pores on my nose and chin area which regularly break out. I've used all of the well known brands, which generally work by drying the skin out, which may be ideal for acne but for my situation it only leads to more problems and a worsening of the breakouts. So what I was looking for was something suitably strong but without general irritants such as foaming agents and fragrances. I found this ideal, it's a cream based formula and only a small amount is needed as it spreads well, it has a pleasant smell without using added fragrances, I can feel it working right away as my skin warms up on my problem areas, enough to tell me its doing something with

I have tried for years to find something that would help with my spot prone skin and not dry it out. As my skin is very sensitive a lot of spot treatments tend to dry my skin out so much I’m left with very dry, sore and red skin. I have been using this for just over a week once in the morning and and in the evening and the results have been amazing. Makes my skin feel clean, smooth, redness majorly reduced and hydrated without being oily. On the days I wear makeup I do use micellar water but other than that this is all I’ve used. Would recommend to anyone and will be making sure that I don’t run out of this!

This is an Amazing Cleanser, it is a cream formula that goes on very easily and leaves your face very clean (Much to my surprise since it's a cream) I bought this as a last resort for some red irritated spots I had on my forehead and left cheek area and they were starting to clear on the second day! This cleanser has definitely improved my skin in terms of texture, scars and acne, my skin has literally never looked so good I've already gotten my Mother and sister onto this product and two other friends and I plan to try the other Products in their range. This does however give you a ever so slight Sting upon application, but then this goes away, another caution is to wear a high factor sunscreen, due to the acids in the product which will increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun, I would definitely recommend this Cleanser! What a Excellent product.

This product is not what I would ever describe as a ‘clarifying cleanser’ - it doesn’t have any foaming action and does not remove makeup or impurities at all, or barely at all,...

No strong enough for my acne prone skin. But leaves the skin hydrated.

Has really helped my spots on chest neck and face.... Minimal now.... Very pleased bought second bottle.
