What country is bands made in?

The package doesn’t say where it was made; as far as I can tell. I have four or five different brands of resistance bands and they’re pretty much all the same quality. You’ll find some from other brands, like Undersun, that are more than double the price, but you’re just throwing your money away. These are good quality bands that will get the job done.

Any other kind of excercise can you do with these bands other than pull ups?
